Booking and payment
The booking process is completed through the SuperHote booking engine. In this context, the information needed for the booking may be transmitted to and processed by SuperHote in order to manage your booking.
Online payments are processed by Stripe. Maison L'Escale does not directly collect or store the full details of your bank card.
These providers process certain data in accordance with their own privacy policies and the terms applicable to their services.
Data recipients
Your data is only accessible to the people and providers who need it to manage your enquiry, your booking or your stay.
It may in particular be processed by the technical providers necessary for the operation of the site, the booking engine and payment.
Maison L'Escale does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention period
Personal data is kept for as long as necessary to manage the enquiry, the booking and the stay, then for the periods necessary to comply with our legal obligations or to defend our rights.
Documents relating to accounting or tax obligations are kept for the periods set by the applicable regulations.
Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
